What is included in support?

Support includes updates and bug fixes. Support is included for six months after purchase of the theme. After that you need to buy support extension pack.

What is not included in support?

Support does not include any customizations. For any customizations you need you can contact our development team.

What is regular licence and what licence do I need for 2 sites?

Regular licence covers one website or one domain, which means if you are working for two clients you need to buy two regular licences.

Is there demo content included?

Yes it is. OxAppCo product's demos comes with demo content - dummy content, which you can upload by one click. OxAppCo product's demos also comes with one click installer to make your installation quick and easy.

Are images included?

Some of the images are included and some are not, due to licence. However you can find links to images used in documentation, section “Sources and credits”.

Do you have video tutorials?

Yes, we have a couple of video tutorials on using and customizing OxAppCo products on our youtube channel. You can find link in documentation.
